A peony from my garden, this past June. I am so glad that I took some pictures of the summer garden, as it seems like those summer days were a long time ago...
Found you via another blog...and this peony is stunning -- those are sooo fragrant, so blowsy--my little niece, 4 at the time, said of a bunch of these:
Those are REAL flowers!
